At Mindful Counseling and Wellness we provide compassionate, personalized care to guide you through life’s challenges. We understand that healing from grief and trauma is a deeply personal journey, one that unfolds at its own pace and in its own way. Our goal is to meet you where you are; offering compassionate guidance and unwavering support as you navigate through the complexities of your healing process.

Specializing in anxiety, trauma, grief, and perinatal mental health, we offer evidence-based therapies and experiential based therapies designed to promote healing and balance. Our holistic approach integrates mindfulness, somatic, and creative therapies with traditional talk therapy approaches. At Mindful Counseling and Wellness we offer a safe space where you can explore and navigate your emotions with compassion and understanding. Available in-person in Milwaukee, WI and online for residents of MA & WI, we offer services to adults.

  • Anxiety/ Stress Management

    Anxiety in high performers often manifests as perfectionism, fear of failure, or an inability to switch off. Our specialized approach helps you manage the stress and anxiety that come with high expectations, while fostering resilience, balance, and well-being.

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy

    An evidence-based therapy that can effectively alleviate symptoms of trauma, anxiety, phobias, and more. Through a combination of bilateral eye movements and imagery techniques, ART helps individuals process and resolve traumatic memories, leading to lasting relief and healing.

  • Grief Counseling

    Grieving is a natural response to loss, but it can feel overwhelming and isolating. We offer support and guidance as you navigate the the unique aspects of your grief. We will help you explore ways to understand your grief, to maintain connection to your loved one, and find meaning amidst the pain. We have a special interest in working with those following a sudden death (suicides, car-accidents, sudden medical trauma, Etc.) and/or an out-of-order loss ie: sibling loss, etc.

  • Perinatal Mental Health Support

    The journey through pregnancy and the postpartum period is transformative and can bring about significant emotional and psychological changes. Your specific journey to parenthood may not be what you imagined or hoped for. At Mindful Counseling and Wellness we specifically support those navigating their journey to pregnancy and provide support to those who’ve experienced pregnancy loss.
